Detailed Itinerary
Haridwar – Barkot (200 km / 7–8 hrs)
Upon arrival in Haridwar, meet our representative and begin your journey to Barkot. The drive takes you via Dehradun & Mussoorie, where you can take a short halt at the famous Kempty Falls. Continue your drive to Barkot, a beautiful hill station located at the foot of Yamunotri. Check into the hotel, relax, and have dinner. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 km drive + 6 km trek each side)
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti via Hanuman Chatti. Janki Chatti is the base point where the 6 km trek to Yamunotri begins. You can choose to trek or hire a pony/palki. Upon reaching the Yamunotri temple, take a holy dip in the warm waters of Surya Kund (Garam Kund) and perform Pooja and Darshan of Shree Yamunotri Ji. Trek back to Janki Chatti and drive back to your hotel in Barkot for an overnight stay.
Barkot – Rishikesh – Haridwar Drop (200 km / 7–8 hrs)
After a delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey to Haridwar. En route, enjoy the scenic beauty of the Garhwal Himalayas. You can also explore local sights in Rishikesh if time allows. Finally, you will be dropped off at the Haridwar Railway Station, concluding your spiritual tour with divine blessings.
